Delete your ZNext account

You can do it yourself in a minute, or ask us to do it.

In the app

Open ZNext, go to your Profile, then Support, and choose Delete account. Confirm, and the deletion starts at once.

By email

If you no longer have the app, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by email and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• You are signed out on every device straight away.
• Your name, username, bio, profile photo, home country and contact details are removed.
• Your photos, videos, voice messages and files, your notification settings and your device tokens are deleted.
• Your rooms, group memberships and channel subscriptions end.

What stays

Messages you sent to other people stay in their chats and groups, shown as from "Deleted account", without your name or photo. Deleted data is removed from our backups within 30 days.
